The estate boasted vaulted ceilings and expansive floors yearning for the perfect furnishings to make it feel like home. Dawn drew inspiration from opulent accents—original marble checkerboard flooring and light-green tinted columns. She opted for a desaturated palette with soft textures to complement the historic materials.
Monochromatic walls and molding create continuity in the space. Custom window treatments and a bench bring added seating and warmth. A grand piano complements the rare violet marble of the fireplace.

The space was furnished with a midcentury modern Knoll sectional—quickly becoming a common space for a cozy family gathering.
